Definition: adherence to moral and ethical principles.
Integrity is sticking to your word and holding yourself accountable to your word. Integrity is needed in a leadership role because without it, nobody would trust their peers or be able to believe everything anyone says. Owning up to mistakes it something that is a large part of integrity. For me, I need stop pushing Rec leadership of to the side as just "an extra class" and take it more seriously. The fact that I'm doing this blog the day it's due is ridiculous. I need to hold myself more accountable in these situations.
An example of someone who does have integrity would be an accountant. They count money for businesses. An accountant could very easily pocket some money and lie about the total cash. But they don't, they hold themselves to a high moral principle which could translate to having integrity.
